Refund Policy

On placement of an order you will receive a confirmation that states that you should receive your order within 10 working days.

Subject to the availability of sufficient stock orders are generally shipped within 2 days of receipt of your order.

Unless otherwise requested and agreed delivery will be by Australia Post who can take 3-5 working days to deliver. For further information about the delivery of your order please refer to the confirmation emails that you will receive.

All delivery options are based on business days and assume that shipping and delivery don’t occur on public holidays or weekends.

You may cancel your order provided you contact us before you receive the email notification that your order has been dispatched. If you would like to cancel your order prior to dispatch please email orders@abneyhall.com

Return Policy

We will happily refund at any time, provided the goods are in original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase. We are unable to refund freight/shipping charges (except in circumstances where the goods are faulty).  Claims for refund or exchange will only be accepted within 2 months of purchase. To return something you must first Contact Us, we will then provide you with instruction on how best to return your order so we can process your refund.
